Description: I scratched my head when this one came back from CGC. I knew it would get a "slightly restored" grade but, 2.0? I thought when a comic is restored you get an "apparent" grade? This comic easily appears to grade between 4.0 & 5.0. There is an original ASM 3 piece that was married to the bottom right corner (basically the piece includes Doc Ocs right leg, the red question mark, up to his right elbow.) There is also a tiny bit of color touch.
