They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons are pressed from a vintage 1940's mold and have a very vintage retro look! Each measures approx. 42mm (1 5/8") long by 32mm (1 1/2") wide and has a metal 4-way box shank. The glass is black with gold metallic enamel paint on the front. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!
