STURDY & WELL MADE, this "Mid-Century Era" WELDED METAL SCULPTURE features an artistic functionality that is surely reminiscent of a Samuel Yellin design. At the top is a wavy edge "spiked center" LILY PAD candle bobeche over a twisted central shaft, and trio of equi-distant reverse-curved lower legs. By design, the stand sits perfectly straight and flat with no wobble and will accommodate appropriate CANDLES or POTTED PLANTS up to 6-1/2" in diameter (see images). (PLEASE NOTE: the candle and potted plant shown in my images are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT INCLUDED with the stand). With no markings as to the maker and no inordinate dents or dings; an all over rusty finish "aged patina" is commensurate with decades of weathering.
