She stand on a green base that is signed "Byers". I believe she was part of the 2015 skating family in the Byers catalog. Byers Choice figures have been handmade and hand painted in Pennsylvania since their beginning in the 1960's. No two are alike. Truly a unique piece for your Christmas display!
