Description: 2014-Up HARLEY TOURING OEM LEFT & RIGHT SADDLE BAG LOWERS. These bags do not come with lids or latches. They are good functional condition but do have some scratches on them which I tried to capture in the pictures. They are the OEM color black with a silver pinstripe. I strive to get most all my orders out on the same or next business day. I ship through UPS or FedEx and I only use USPS when priority mail is available (watching usps tracking is like watching paint dry and an exercise in futility).
