Description: 2001 Fisher Price Sweet Streets Townhouse Victorian Mansion - House Only Pre-owned, played-with house with typical signs of play present as well as other signs of wear – please see detailed condition description below. House only – no furniture or other accessories included. Condition: Pre-owned, played-with house (no accessories) with visible signs of wear and other imperfections present. The exterior top portion of the house (roof terrace, upper portions of the pink house and lighter colored handle) show pronounced discoloration. The handle (likely previous white) shows visible yellowing, other pink portions of the house have an orange-ish tint to them, possibly from sun discoloration. The white front door is also yellowed. The house was recently removed from storage and could use a proper clean – heavy dust and debris buildup in crevices, some stains present on the roof and (rather dusty) interiors, portions of the house exteriors. The playhouse exterior shows various surface scratches, scuffs present on exposed surfaces (such as the white balconies which show loss of finish), as well as color streaks (stains / marks) / color rub-off from other toys. The flooring stickers show signs of wear including creases and scuffs. The pink butterfly-patterned sticker (upper-left room) shows darker discoloration / stains.
