Description: This listing is for a 1950s POPEYE SPARKLER made by Chein. It is approximately 5 inches tall and made of tin with red gel over die-cut windows and classic period graphics. The sparkler is in very good condition overall with a bit of crazing in the rear. Still displays and works great, with sparks jumping out when you squeeze the plunger. Hard to find Popeye toy!
