COVERED IN FLOWERS THAT ARE VELVET, ORGANDY, AND TAFFETA WITH NET LACE RUFFLES TRIMMING ALL THE EDGES. THE ORIGINAL BLACK VELVET LONG TIES ARE ATTACHED. CONDITION: THE PAPER HAS A BITE OF ABSENCE AT THE SIDE WITH TRACE REMAINS OF SILK ON ONE END AND THE SILK IS FRAYED ON THE TOP SIDE. STRONG AND WEARABLE. SOLD AS ACQUIRED.
