This is a 1908 check from Baltimore & Ohio Railroad The check is made out for $116.36 to the Delaware Lackawanna & Western RR (DL&W RR) There is a hole in the center of the check with 3 radiating ½ each tear lines nearly invisible when laying flat. Excellent old ephemera! Condition: I would consider this to be in Good condition, see description above & photos.
