These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original bulk factory bags. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. They are from the Littelfuse Military High Reliability Series, which has a special internal element support structure (see pictures) to prevent low amperage element breakage due to severe shock and vibration. The series has been discontinued because they contained lead, which was supposedly poisoning landfills and such. And according to the environmentalists, once you take lead out of the ground, you can't put it back where you found it. Gotta keep it topside where us humans can enjoy it.
