This does show some cosmetic signs of wear from normal use and age, but nothing that will affect performance. Please note that bracket does show some rusting and broken piece on one side - please see photos. This does come with everything that is pictured. We have taken the time to test this, and everything was in working condition! This will make a great replacement part! We are now offering a 1-year mechanical warranty for this part.
